The Team

Meet the Carewell Vet team, we share a common goal - ensuring the health and happiness of your pets. We stay up-to-date with the latest advances in veterinary medicine to provide the best possible care.

JASON HADLEY - VET

Jason Hadley wanted to be a vet from the age of 5 and qualified from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 2000 with distinction in small animal medicine. He has worked since then as a full time small animal veterinary surgeon and has been treating the animals of Edenbridge, Lingfield, East Grinstead and the surrounding areas since 2004. Jason has special interests in all aspects of surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, Greyhounds and canine sports medicine. Jason is able to perform many surgeries that patients would often have to be referred to a specialist centre for. Jason is one of a handful of forensic vets in the whole of the UK and his expertise is regularly sought to aid the courts in cases of suspected negligence and animal welfare complaints. Jason has worked for the prosecution, defence and as a single joint expert with his opinions being accepted in both Magistrates and Crown court. When not at work, Jason enjoys family time, gardening and Shotokan karate. Jason was awarded his 5th Dan blackbelt after grading in Japan in 2019.

SADIE HADLEY - VET

Sadie Hadley qualified from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 1999 and has worked in general and equine practice before settling on the small animal side. Sadie's main veterinary interests are acupuncture, soft tissue surgery, lameness evaluation and canine sports medicine. Her caring nature is extremely obvious to anyone who meets her. When not at work, Sadie enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with her Labrador and anything horse related.

OUR NURSES

Carewell are proud to have the support of a hugely experienced team of fully qualified vet nurses. Our RVNs work closely alongside the veterinary surgeons to provide advice, treatments and preventative health care. Within a vet practice, the job of a veterinary nurse is very important. RVNs are responsible for monitoring patients under sedation and anaesthesia, providing inpatient care, performing diagnostic tests under veterinary supervision and telling the vets where everything is!

RECEPTION

Our Carewell front of house team have been handpicked for their fabulous reception skills combined with their mastery of organisation and ability to keep everything running smoothly.
